Description

Derby City Council requires to renew its framework list of contractors for services acquiring asbestos removal works for various types of buildings The new framework contract period will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further year dependent on performance.

The scope of works will range from Notifiable asbestos removal, collection of asbestos waste, Non notifiable and non licensed asbestos removal/encapsulation, Notifiable and non licensed asbestos removal/encapsulation and works to enable refurbishments, through to major demolition projects. These will apply to the full range of Council properties which include amongst others, schools, libraries, community buildings and offices.

It is envisaged that five (5) Contractors will be appointed to onto the framework.
