Description
Derby City Council is looking to appoint a contractor who can provide a fit-for-purpose fully-managed vending service across a range of leisure and cultural facilities.As part of this tender there are a number of venues included that have not previously offered a vending/catering operation.
Where this is the case a full proposal for installing machines at these sites should be included in the bid but the manager of the site will have the right to refuse the installation if they feel it will be detrimental to their service.
The type of contract required is that there is no cost to the Council and that an agreed rate(s) of commission is paid to the Council on a monthly basis based on the level of turnover achieved.
The current level of turnover achieved in total at the three main leisure centres is in the region of £160,000 per annum.
