Description

Chesterfield College is seeking to establish a contract for the service and maintenance of all air conditioning and associated equipment, as well as new installations which may be required across all College Campus’s.

The A/C systems within the college buildings range from Wall mounted A/C systems to traditional ceiling fitted A/C ceiling fixed cassettes manufactured by Fujitsu, Hitachi, and Daikin. A schedule of existing plant will be supplied at tender stage.

The contract will be for an annual full service of all A/C systems complete with issue of relevant certification and maintaining a log book/records to suit. Quote for any responsive repairs on an agreed labour, plant and parts rate. Additional agreed rates of labour, plant and any associated costs are required for new installations of cassettes or wall mounted units which the college may require.

The majority of the works will be at the main site being Chesterfield College, Infirmary Road, Chesterfield, other potential sites include Tapton S41 0TD and some other small sites within a short distance of Chesterfield town centre.

The duration of the agreement shall be for a Four year period on a 2+2 basis.
