Description

South Derbyshire District Council is currently in the process of inviting suitable interested parties, to be considered for undertaking remedial works to a council owned property. The property currently stands supported by a structural supporting scaffold, as the internal walls have been demolished. The works will involve the rectification of the internal and external envelope of the property.

The property is located in Church Gresley, Swadlincote.
