Description

Derbyshire County Council (Adult Care) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the provision of a Housing Related Support Service.

The service will be delivered at Oakland Village, In The Heart of Swadlincote, Derbyshire (Extra Care) which is currently under construction and handover is due around the end of September 2012.

The contract is for 2 years initially with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods, subject to continuation of funding, appropriate approvals, satisfactory provider performance, the needs of the Council and price.
