Description

Tenders are invited for the supply of Oracle e-Business Suite Database Administration and Technical Support.

The Council has been live on Oracle 11i Financials and i-Procurement since April 2007.

The system is hosted via our outsourced ICT contract. Details of the servers and environments will be provided within the tender documents.

The current operating system is Linux Red Hat (version 4).

Version One applications, specifically invoice document scanning/viewing and the production and maintenance of electronic and hard copy output documents, are integrated into the Oracle instance.

In addition to proactive management of the database, back-ups, storage management, cloning/refreshing of environments and general DBA functions, the service provider must provide general technical support and the support of all interfaces and electronic and printed outputs from the system.
