Tenders are invited for the business operation of The Think Tank building in Lincoln as that maximises the asset to deliver the objectives for promoting Innovation in Lincoln and Lincolnshire.

The tender is on the basis of a concession contract and is offered for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 year period if performance objectives are met.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium sized enterprises (SME's). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
