Description

Derbyshire County Council (Adult Care) is inviting tenders, from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for the provision of floating support and accommodation based housing related support services for people with mental health problems.

The service will be a County Wide service to be delivered within the geographical boundaries of Derbyshire.

Tenders are invited from suitably experienced providers of Housing Related Support.

The contract is split into 4 lots for accommodation based services and 4 lots for floating support services. Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots.

The contract is for 2 years initially with an option to extend for a further 3 x 1 year periods, subject to continuation of funding, appropriate approvals, satisfactory provider performance, the needs of the Council and price.
